Justin has been practicing physical therapy for more than 15 years. Graduating in 2000 from Duquesne University with his Masters Degree in Physical Therapy, he started his PT career at Sunbury Community Hospital. During his time at the hospital, he began focusing on outpatient orthopedics. In 2005, Justin became a certified McKenzie therapist, specializing in evaluation and treatment of the spine. Over the last 15 years he has worked in busy outpatient settings, treating a variety of orthopedic and neurologic problems. Justin also has a special interest in pain management and secondary issues caused by the pain, which allows for a more comprehensive approach to patient care.
Taking a holistic approach to physical therapy, Justin focuses on the person, not just the diagnosis. Using the skills he has learned during his career, he develops a detailed, patient-specific plan of care individualized for each patient, which can encompass specific exercises, manual treatments, and appropriate modalities.
Justin enjoys spending time with his young daughter, as well as playing flag football and (adult!) kickball. Having completed most of his “bucket list,” Justin is content to work on being the best dad he can be.
