Lindsay Leigh is one of AspireFIT’s movement specialists and yoga instructors. She helps clients reach their health and fitness goals by training them to move better in order to move more.
Leigh designs personal training programs and yoga classes, as well as providing education programs geared towards aspiring and veteran athletes. She works with a wide spectrum of clients, from self-referred competitive athletes to provider-referred co-morbid patients in need of life-saving health changes. Leigh has worked with hundreds of personal training clients throughout her career, helping them reach their goals and see results.
Leigh has had a passion for fitness and endurance sports all her life and uses this passion and knowledge to motivate clients to be better. She was a swimmer from a young age and through college, and ran cross country her last two years of college. This perfect blend eventually led her to become a formidable triathlon competitor, having done seven Ironman Triathlons and seven marathons. Not to be outdone, Leigh recently completed her first 50 mile ultramarathon.
Leigh spends her time not training with her two young sons and two dogs, a Boston Terrier and a Puggle. Triathlons are a huge passion that require a lot of training time — so it’s a good thing she loves them so much. Leigh aspires to complete a 100-miler in her future running career.
