Roberto Holder Orta, CRNP, brings a diverse clinical background and a strong commitment to comprehensive, patient-centered care to Aspire Family Medicine. Before beginning his nursing career in the United States, Roberto practiced medicine internationally as both a family physician and oncologist, providing care in Cuba, Venezuela, and Brazil.

After coming to the United States, Roberto earned his Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Penn State University and gained several years of nursing experience in primary care. He later pursued his Family Nurse Practitioner education at Millersville University.

Roberto is passionate about family medicine and values the opportunity to care for patients across all stages of life, with particular interests in pediatric and geriatric care. His approach emphasizes holistic, comprehensive care and building strong, long-term relationships with patients and their families.

Fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese, Roberto enjoys connecting with patients from a variety of backgrounds. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, reading, cooking outdoors, dancing with his wife, following sports, and relaxing by the ocean.
